How Corinna Dental Group Approaches Intravenous Sedation Dentistry
People who are nervous about dentistry may be fearful of any or every aspect of dentistry. Some even find it difficult just to walk into the building, and many find that the smells, sounds and look of the equipment are enough to set their hearts racing. We are also aware that part of a person’s anxiety will almost certainly include the use of any dental instruments in their mouth.
Unless we are able to have a look in the person’s mouth, we won’t know what their dental needs are, so part of their initial consultation will always include an inspection of the person’s teeth. This can be carried out with the patient simply sitting in the chair and opening their mouth.
