Good Oral Health- Dental Checkups
The Australian Dental Association, as part of its Dental Health Week campaign for 2012, reminds us all of the importance of regular dental checkups to spot early dental problems that are developing. In between dental visits, it’s important to maintain a good daily routine of brushing and flossing your teeth. Attention to the foods and drinks you eat and avoiding tooth-unfriendly lifestyle risks will help to keep your mouth and teeth problem-free between visits.
If you ever notice any mouth ulcers, sores, lumps, and white/red patches that don’t clear up within 14 days of appearing, this could be an indication of a serious problem and should be checked out by a dentist immediately.
